Starting on April 7 and ending on May 8, the Friends of The Roslindale Branch Library will be running a series of events at the Branch. These events center on Rozzie Reads: One Book, the first community wide book read in Roslindale. This year the book chosen is"The Gardner Heist" by Ulrich Boser that describes the theft at the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum in Boston and the ongoing investigation still trying to solve the heist.

Kids movie, 04/07: 2:30 and 4:00 PM, repeat on 4/26: 12:00 PM" "From the Mixed Up Files of Mrs. Basil Frankweiler".
Movie, 04/10: 6:00 PM, "Entrapment" with Sean Connery.
Movie, 04/17: 5:30 PM, "The Score" Starring Robert DeNiro.
Movie, 05/01: 6:00-9:00 PM, "Stolen" a documentary about the theft and, featuring a live appearance of Jessa Piaia, an Isabella Stewart re-enactor to lead a discussion of both the movie,as well as the book, The Gardner Heist.
Presentation, 05/08: 6:00 PM by Anthony Amore, Director Security at the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum and author of "Stolen Rembrandts.
