• Diane M. Russell (gazettenet.com) — Rowley readers may remember Diane Russell from Dodge’s Orchard, where she and her first husband raised their daughters during the family’s early years in town. The longtime artist, designer, and Ipswich commuter later worked for the Boston Globe, supported local orchards through design work, and spent her final years near family in Amherst before her recent passing.
