Quick Turnaround: Commuter Rail Rep Apologizes for Delays 24 Hours After Griping
The Keolis communications chief on Wednesday sounded a lot like frustrated commuter rail customers did on Thursday.

Boston, MA - Thursday saw another round of commuter rail delays for the MBTA and Keolis, the company the operates the commuter rail for the T.
In a bit of irony, Keolis communications chief Leslie Aun took to Twitter on Wednesday to complain about flight delays with American Airlines.
Aun followed up with a seemingly sarcastic tweet about American Airlines offering snacks to delayed passengers on the flight from Washington, D.C. to Boston.
By Thursday morning, Aun was tweeting apologies to Amtrack passengers who were annoyed with delays and outages.
