City Provides Opiate Overdose and Use Reduction Resources

A new webpage through the health department is available on the city website.

Salem, MA - A new webpage on the city’s website aims to provide resources and information on opiate overdoses and how to reduce the use of opioids.

The Salem Board of Health and Mayor Kimberley Driscoll recently announced the Opiate Overdose and Use Reduction Resources webpage that can be found at http://www.salem.com/opiate.

As part of a current project to reduce the impact of opiate overdoses and use in our community the webpage provides information on resources available to reduce the current opiate overdose and used epidemic that we are currently facing, according to Salem Health Agent Larry Ramdin. The page will be routinely updated with additional resources, tools and information.
