Cops Say Man Caught With Pants Down Followed Women to 7-Eleven

Salem Police say two women reported a man "flashed" them early Wednesday morning and then followed them to 7-Eleven on Norman Street.

At 12:20 a.m., police received a call two women had been flashed.

The women told police they were walking on the pedestrian mall near a side alley when they "saw a...man with a black leather coat and black hair slicked back with his pants down," police said.

One woman told police "this man turned and was touching himself in a lewd manner and then said 'come back here'" to both of the females, police said.

The women then walked to 7-Eleven on Norman Street "when they noticed this man had followed them," police said. The man was described as five feet six inches and police said he was "very pale," according to the women.

The man walked up Norman Street and turned right onto Summer Street, police said.

Officers checked, but were not able to locate the man.
