Does Salem Have Some Of Your Money?
The City Treasurer's Office released a new list of unclaimed funds from residents.
SALEM, MA — Salem has released a list of unclaimed funds that might have money in it for you if you are a city resident.
The most recent list of unclaimed checks can be found here. According to state law, funds are considered abandoned if not claimed within three years of the date they are prescribed for payment.
Residents whose names appear on the list can submit a claim form to the City Treasurer's Office by March 31, 2023, at 98 Washington Street, third floor, Salem, MA 01970. Claim forms are also available here.
