Join Salem Patch at the Haunted Happenings Grand Parade

Correction — Please be advised the parade officially kicks off at 6:30 p.m. A previous post indicated the parade starts at 6 p.m.

Be sure to take off your masks and say hello this evening.

We'll be co-hosting the Haunted Happenings Grand Parade for SATV with William Legault. Ted Solovicos will be interviewing parade-goers on the street.

The theme for the parade this year is World Animal Day (read more about the significance behind the theme here).

Participants will be gathering at Shetland Park beginning at approximately 5 p.m. with floats and in costume. The festivities will officially kick off at 6:30 p.m. Be sure to look for us as you proceed down Derby Street (we'll be in front of SATV).

The parade will end on Salem Common.
