NH Man Gets Jail Time For Attacking Wife In Salem Garage

Ryan Dadey, 34, of Dover, NH, pleaded guilty to assault and battery causing serious bodily injury and assault and battery on a family member

SALEM, MA -- A New Hampshire man was sentenced to 2 1/2 years in jail Thursday after pleading guilty in Salem District Court to assault and battery causing serious bodily injury and assault and battery on a family member. Under a plea agreement, prosecutors dropped a second charge of assault and battery causing serious bodily injury against Ryan Dadey, 34, of Dover, NH.

Dadey has been held without bail since his November arrest and will get credit against his sentence for the time already served. On Nov. 10, Dadey broke his wife's nose during a fight about the location of their car in the Museum Parking Garage in Salem. The attack was broken up by people passing by.
