North Shore Medical Center Listed Among State's Top Hospitals in U.S. News and World Report's Rankings
The list, released today, ranks the top 13 hospitals in the state.
WINCHESTER, MA — U.S. News and World Report has included North Shore Medical Center(NSMC) in it's list of the 13 best hospitals in Massachusetts.
According to the rankings released Tuesday, NSMC rounded out the rankings with Lowell General Hospital as being tied for the 12th-best hospital in the Commonwealth and the tenth-best hospital in the Boston Metropolitan area. The hospital rated 'high performing' in four adult procedures and conditions.
NSMC received a rating of 'high performing' in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), heart failure, as well as hip and knee replacements.
