North Shore Tourism Industry Leaders Saluted For 2022 Efforts

The North of Boston Convention & Visitors Bureau gave out several tourism awards at its annual meeting at the Salem Waterfront Hotel.

SALEM, MA — The North of Boston Convention & Visitors Bureau honored several North Shore businesses, organizations and individuals for their contributions to the regional tourism industry during its annual meeting at the Salem Waterfront Hotel earlier this month.

The meeting consisted of Bureau members, local chambers of commerce, destination marketing organizations, local officials and supporters of tourism in Essex County.

The 2022 Anne Turcotte Leadership Award went to Tina Jordan of the Salem Witch Museum.

The 2022 Geoff Woodman Hospitality Award went to Lenny Linquata of the Gloucester House Restaurant.

The 2022 Story Teller Award went to Gloucester 400's 400 Stories Project.

The 2022 Small Business Award went to The Cabot Lodge in Beverly.

The 2022 Frontline Hospitality Award went to Heather Romani of the North Shore Music Theater of Beverly.

The 2022 New Member Award went to Michael Smolak of Smolak Farms in North Andover.

The 2022 Award of Appreciation went to State Sen. Bruce Tarr.
