Peabody Birch Hill Estates Affordable Housing Opportunity
An information session for those interested and eligible for the new construction will be Monday night.
PEABODY, MA — Residents who qualify for affordable housing are invited to participate in an informational meeting on the new Birch Hill Estates on Monday.
Birch Hill includes three, four-bedroom units of new construction with a sale price of $394,000.
First-time homeowners are eligible — with exceptions.

The maximum income eligible for a single person is $78,300, $89,500 for two people, $100,700 for three people, $111,850 for four people, $120,800 for five people, $129,750 for six people and $138,700 for seven people.
The public information meeting is at 6 p.m. via Zoom with an ID of 856 9825 0032, Passcode 276491.

Applications are available at Peabody City Hall in the Community Development Office at 24 Lowell Street and at the Peabody Institute Library at 82 Main Street.
