Salem Arrests: Operating Under the Influence, Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon

SALEM, MA — The following are excerpts from the Salem Police Department's Adult Arrest Logs from Aug. 25. The following information was provided by the Salem Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Aug. 25

1:15 a.m.: Tiffany L. Miller, 27, of Winthrop Street in Saugus was arrested on charges of leaving the scene of property damage and operating a vehicle under the influence of liquor.

1:58 a.m.: Shawn Holland, 33, of Winthrop Street. in Saugus was arrested on charges of leaving the scene of property damage and operating a vehicle under the influence of liquor.

3:07 a.m.: Matthew Fay, 23, of Pleasant view Avenue in Braintree was arrested on a warrant.

10:25 a.m.: Sean M. Brooks, 41, of Chestnut Street in Lynn was arrested on charges of assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and a warrant.

5:35 p.m.: David William Pierce, 49, Homeless, was arrested on charges of carrying a dangerous weapon and a violation of a municipal bylaw or ordinance.

5:53 p.m.: Arek Z. Piotrowski,25, of Beckford Street in Beverly was arrested on charges of operating a vehicle without a license, operating without an inspection or a sticker and a warrant.
