Salem To Host Ceremony Honoring City Veterans
The public, veterans, and their family and friends, are invited to the ceremony on Nov. 11 in the Salem High School auditorium.
SALEM, MA — Salem is hosting a ceremony honoring the city's military veterans on Nov. 11 that will include the presentation of City of Salem Wartime Service Medals.
The ceremony will be held in the Salem High School auditorium on Nov. 11. It will include the Salem High School marching band and the Salem High Marine Corps JROTC.
Mayor Dominick Pangallo, State Sen. Joan Lovely, State Rep. Manny Cruz as well as members of the Salem Veterans Council.

The Veterans Council will also be presenting City of Salem Wartime Service Medals to eligible Salem veterans.
After the ceremony, there will be a collation at VFW Post 1524 on Derby Street in Salem

The ceremony is open to the public and Salem veterans, families, and friends are especially invited to attend.
