Salem Household Hazardous Waste Day

The hazardous waste collection day is open to Salem and Beverly residents.

Mayor Kimberley Driscoll and the Salem Board of Health announce that the City of Salem will hold their annual Household Hazardous Waste Collection Day on Saturday, August 21, 2021, from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm at Salem High School, 77 Willson Street, Salem, MA.

The hazardous waste collection day is open to Salem and Beverly residents. Residents of other communities can attend the event from 11am-12, they should call the Salem Board of Health for pricing.

The Cost per car is $20.00, CASH ONLY, and proof of residency is required. NO COMMERCIAL VEHICLES ALLOWED.

Salem and Beverly residents can drop off items such as motor oil, chemicals, pesticides, car batteries, propane cylinders, and paint.

**Please note: TIRES and LATEX PAINT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED (Air dry latex paint in cans and place in regular trash).**
