Salem Police Make 13 Weekend Arrests

The following is an excerpt from the Salem Police. Where charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

The Salem Police made the following arrests on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Friday, Oct. 19

Edu Castillo-Concepcion, 22, of 165 Washingon St. in Lynn was arrested on a charge of larceny of property over $250.

Yin Castillo-Concepcion, 24, of 165 Washington St. in Lynn was arrested on a charge of larceny of property over $250.

Inegust Tifari Dyce, 17, of 39.5 Mason St. was arrested on charges of larceny and disturbing the peace.

Jesus Guillermo Franco, 42, of 34 Perkins St. was arrested on a warrant.

Jason W. Gentry, 32, of 5 Station Road was arrested on a charge of possession of a class B substance with intent to distribute.

Joel M. Gonzalez, 32, of 44 Lawrence Road in Lynn was arrested on a warrant.

Saturday, Oct. 20

Nicole Marie Carbone, 24, of 4 Herrick Ln. in Lynnfield was arrested on charges of operating a vehicle while under the influence of liquor, driving with an open container of alcohol and negligent operation.

Brett A. Frazier, 30, of 50 Howard St. was arrested on a charge of assault by a dangerous weapon.

Matthew R. LaChapelle, 31, of 74 Tirrell St. in Quincy was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge.

Ferna Pereira de Castro, 32, of 56 Albertina St. in Quincy was arrested on a warrant.

Shane Joseph Raby, 24, of 50 Samoset Road in Peabody was arrested on charges of operating under the influence of liquor and negligent operation.

Sunday, Oct. 21

Matthew R. LaChapelle, 31, of 74 Tirrell St. in Quincy was arrested on a charge of violating the city knife ordinance.

Kelly Elizabeth Shannon, 23, of 111 East St. in Foxborough was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge.
