Salem Police Make 7 Arrests
The following is an excerpt from the Salem Police. Where charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
The Salem Police made the following arrests on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Tuesday, Oct. 2
Franklin Eugene Evans, 29, who is listed as homeless, was arrested on a charge of illegal possession of a class A substance. He was also arrested on a warrant.
John Joseph Lapointe, 53, who is listed as homeless, was arrested on a warrant.
Wednesday, Oct. 3
Kaitlin Anne Armstong, 22, of 38 Boston St. was arrested on a warrant.
Jacey Hawkins Bonaiuto, 35, of 6A Wisteria St. was arrested on a warrant.
Daniel S. Doyle, 35, of 153 North St. was arrested on six warrants.
Kevin C. LaBelle, 55, of 56 Salem St. was arrested on two warrants.
Jose Rodriguez Jr., 23, of 38 Boston St. was arrested on two warrants.
