Salem Public Library To Expand Curbside Pickup Hours
Staring Monday, pickup will be allowed six days a week with later hours on Mondays and Thursdays.
SALEM, MA — While the Salem Public Library remains closed to the public, it is expanding its curbside pickup hours beginning next week.
Starting Monday, the library will be open for materials pickup Mondays through Thursdays from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., and Fridays and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Books can be returned in the drop box at the library at anytime. Books will then be quarantined for seven days before being reissued.

Curbside pickup times can be arranged here. Patrons will be notified when the book is ready for pickup to arrange a time and day for the transactions. Patrons then call 978-744-0860 when they arrive and follow the social distancing guidelines for pickup.
Patrons may borrow up to eight adult items and 14 children's items.
