Thieves Hit Popular Salem Restaurant

There was a break-in at Scratch Kitchen sometime between closing on Saturday night and opening on Sunday morning.

SALEM, MA -- Police are investingating an overnight breakin at Scratch Kitchen in Salem. The restaurant posted it would open late Sunday after employees arrived to find that the restaurant had been broken into sometime after closing on Saturday. The staff showed that the thief or thieves didn't make off with their sense of humor, noting in a follow-up post that "No Bacon was harmed, thankfully."
