VIDEO: Maddam Hatters Brings Sparkle to Salem Halloween

The Maddam Hatters have a spooky take on Halloween fashion, and they're bringing their creations to local businesses for residents and visitors interested in a different take on Salem's traditional Halloween headgear.

Toni Torelli and her aunt, Francine Braid, both craft-lovers, first channeled their creativity into the hats three years ago. Last year was their first at the Haunted Biz Baz on the Pedestrian Mall. They were there again this year, where we chatted with Toni (watch our video).
