When the main water pipe broke, Water donations came pouring in!

The Northeast Animal Shelter receives donations of water to fill the empty water dishes of the pets waiting for forever homes.

WOW, we are totally blown away by your generosity! "Water literately poured in our front door as soon as we asked" stated Josie, the puppies across america coordinator for the Northeast Animal Shelter. Your outpouring of love has been immeasurable, thank you for stepping up in our time of need. Salem's Ward 4 City Counselor Tim Flynn said he had gone to the area of the main break (on Highland Ave) and spoke with DPW crews working to fix the problem. "It is a big break and in a bad location. It will not be a quick fix and may take all day."
