Bilingual Sharon Students Send Love After Notre Dame Fire: Video
"Je t'aime Paris," translated to English means "I love Paris." This was the message the children sent after the Notre Dame Cathedral fire.
SHARON, MA — "Je t'aime Paris." Translated to English, this means "I love Paris," in French. After a fire on April 15 destroyed parts the historic Notre Dame Cathedral and some of the artwork inside, Linda Valentin, the founder of the Bilingual Montessori School and her students found a small way to show to their love.
In a short video message, the children ages 6 and younger said "Je t'aime Paris." in unison, not only showing their love for a city thousands of miles away, but also showing these kids are getting pretty good at French.
