Late Winter Bird Identification-Sunday March 5th 1-3pm
If you have ever wondered about what types of birds overwinter in the forests of Massachusetts and visit your feeders each day, then this class will answer many of your questions. Join Teacher Naturalist, Michael Acciavatti, for a short birding walk around Moose Hill and learn simple techniques that will help you to identify most of our resident birds, and a few long distance migrants. Binoculars will be provided. Warm up at the end with coffee and Italian cookies!
