The restaurants, popular with Disney visitors, where kosher meals can be enjoyed without a prearranged order are as follows: Pizzafari at Animal Kingdom, ABC Commissary at Hollywood Studios, Liberty Tree Tavern at Epcot and Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Café in the Magic Kingdom. In addition to these restaurants, several food courts have kosher meals readily available. Most table service restaurants can provide kosher meals as well, if they are ordered at least one day in advance.
Additionally, almost every restaurant has vegetarian options on the menu or at the buffet. Chefs are always willing to work with guests to adjust meals to their liking. Just alert them at check-in, and tell your server. If you need help finding something that works, ask to speak to the chef.
