The Books in Bloom Flower Show will be held at 7 p.m. Oct. 24 at the Sharon Public Library.
The Sharon Garden Club and the Friends of the Sharon Public Library are co-hosting the event.
Refreshments will be served following an introduction to the evening, and guests may stroll through the library to view the designs until 9 p.m. There will be 20 to 25 arrangements in total, each of which will interpret a different book in the collection.

Prior to the show, the Friends of the Sharon Public Library will hold its annual meeting from 6:30 to 7 p.m. in the reference area upstairs at the library. All Friends members are invited to attend. The group will elect officers for the next year, review the treasurer's report, and address any other business.
