Mass Audubon’s Moose Hill Gallery will be accepting submissions from artists interested in exhibiting their nature-based artwork in a juried show.
The theme is "Captivating Landscapes." Artists are invited to submit work that is inspired by their relationship with nature. As an artist, how do you express your passion and perceptions of nature in a landscape? Dramatic, awe inspiring, captivating, powerful, colorful, serene, tranquil, real or imagined views, how do you interpret landscape?
Any medium is acceptable.

The deadline is Dec. 1.
The criteria for choosing the artist will include treatment of the subject matter, its relevance to nature, command of their individual craft and the ability to engage the viewer. An artist can exhibit alone or in collaboration. Artwork will be considered for 2012 shows.

Artists can submit up to five images in print format only (not matted or framed) for judging purposes only (minimum size 8" x10" up to 11" x 14"). All prints must be labeled on the back with name, contact information, dimensions of framed work, title of piece and medium. Artists should include an entry fee of $15 for up to five images and provide a return envelope and postage if they would like their submission returned.
