Boston's Circle The City Initiative Launches

Boston's Circle The City, an Open Streets initiative connecting people to parks, will launch this summer on three Sundays:

June 24: Franklin Park kick-off with Boston Pops brass ensemble

July 15: Open streets between Franklin Park and Jamaica Pond

Aug. 5: Open streets downtown along the Rose Kennedy Greenway

Circle the City will feature free activities for all ages including bike rides, hula hoop contests, walks, dance performances, and kickball.
