First-Time Home Buyers Workshop Offered

Neighborhood Housing Services of the South Shore will hold a two-session first-time home buyers educational workshop from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Sept. 12 and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 17 at the Bank of Canton’s corporate headquarters, 490 Turnpike St., Canton.

The topics will include information about credit scoring, mortgage options, legal aspects of home buying, home inspections, and other topics from real estate-related professionals.

Admission is $20, payable to Neighborhood Housing Services of the South Shore.  

The workshop is held in two sessions and is open to Massachusetts residents and those planning to reside in Massachusetts.
