The Reiki Room will offer a "Healing Vibrations: Your Soul-Psyche-on-Sound" seminar from 7 to 9 p.m. Feb. 3 at 132 Central St., Suite 207, Foxborough.
Participants will sxperience the healing sounds of Tibetan Singing Bowls and drumming for mental and spiritual renewal. Participants will learn how to clear negative thoughts/energy with sound work. Participants will discover the "on/off" switch for managing stress through the healing vibrations of sound.
The seminar will cover: the calming power of sound; meditating with singing bowls; sound and your authentic self; and experiencing a rejuvenating sound bath.
