The Lakeside Gallery at the Sharon Adult Center and Council on Aging will hold a public reception for the 3rd Annual Juried Community Art Show from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 19. The gallery is located in the adult center, in the Sharon Community Center, 219 Massapoag Ave.
The art show is a multi-media juried exhibit that includes art from Sharon residents. The exhibit runs Oct. 19 to Dec. 1.
The adult center’s new Crafts Corner, displaying contemporary and country crafts by Sharon artisans, will be open as well.

Submissions for the show will be judged by Marcia Dolgin, noted photographer, graphic designer, illustrator, hand sign carver, art director, printmaker and master in digital imaging.
The gallery hours are: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Wednesday; Thursday until 8 p.m.; Friday until noon; and other evenings by appointment. For more information, call the Sharon Adult Center at 781-784-8000.
