Neponset Valley Chamber Holds Flavors Gala

The Neponset Valley Chamber of Commerce 13th Annual Flavors Gala, from 5:30 to 9 p.m. Thursday, March 22 at Christina's, on Route 1 in Foxborough.

This gala will showcase offerings from over 60 of the area's finest restaurants, caterers, confectioners, vineyards, boutique brews and spirits.

The evening will include live music from the Neponset Philharmonic and the White Heat Swing Band – famous for backing Tony Bennett - and a silent auction of gift baskets, wine and gift certificates.

Tickets are $45 per person pre-paid until March 15, and $55 after March 15, or at the door. Groups of 10 are available for $350 pre-paid by March 15, and $425 after

The chamber invites restaurants, caterers, bakeries, wineries and breweries to participate.

Exhibitors provide samples for tasting, either food or beverage. The chamber provides small serving plates, glassware, forks (knives and spoons are not provided), and table linens.

The $25 entry fee goes to cover the Board of Health permit.
