Temple Adath Sharon Discussing Poems

"Rahel, Anna Margolin and Lea Goldberg: Religious Imagery in Hebrew and Yiddish Poems by Russian Jewish Poets" will be held Friday, Feb. 10 at Temple Adath Sharon.

Kabbalat Shabbat with Rabbi Catharine Clark will be held at 6 p.m., followed by dinner at 7 p.m. and the program and dessert at 8 p.m.

There will be readings in Hebrew and Yiddish of selected poems by three Russian Jewish poets. English translations will be provided, and participants will discuss religious imagery in the poems.

Guests are asked to RSVP for the Kosher dinner by sending a check (payable to Temple Adath Sharon) for $9 per adult, and $5 per senior (children 12 and under are free) mail to: Temple Adath Sharon, 18 Harding St., Sharon, MA 02067 by Tuesday, Feb. 7. All are welcome for the program and dessert.
