The Sharon Community Chamber Orchestra will present its first concert of the season at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 6 in the Sharon Middle School auditorium.
Musical Director Michael Korn will conduct the program, which will include 20th and 21st century works by Prokofiev, Bartok, Sibelius, Karidoyanes, de Falla and Hindemith.
Audience members are invited to a reception that will follow the concert.

Now in its ninth season, the Sharon Community Chamber Orchestra includes local musicians ranging from students to seniors. The growing orchestra furnishes the community with a source of musical enjoyment while providing its members with a vehicle for enjoying and developing their musical talents.
Adult tickets are $8 in advance and $10 at the door. Student and senior tickets are $5, or a family ticket may be purchased for $20.
