Sturdy Memorial Hospital is hosting a free New Moms Group. The program will be led by a registered nurse from the maternity unit.
New mothers – women with babies between the ages of 0 and 9 months – can talk about their growing babies, discuss concerns and expectations, and learn different tips from other mothers in the group.
The next three-week program will begin on Wednesday, Nov. 2 and continue on Nov. 9 and Nov. 18. The group will meet from 10 to 11:30 a.m. in the Clinical Education Center, located near the hospital's main lobby.
