A group hypnosis session with Certified Hypnotist Kathryn McGlynn will be offered from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. May 29 in the Reiki Room in Foxborough.
The session is designed to teach participants to relax and stay calm, even under the most stressful conditions.
A free hypnosis CD is included as McGlynn's gift.

Guests should bring a pillow, mat and blanket, if desired. Participants will be invited to stretch out on the floor and relax. Chairs will be available.
