Feed the Birds - Children Ages 4-6
Enjoy a silly story about a boy who discovers the joys of feeding the birds. Make peanut-free treats for your backyard birds. Enjoy a short hike to seek out our feathered friends and check out our bird feeding Station. Wed. Feb 15th 10-11:30 am and 1-2:30 pm.

Knee-High Naturalist Nature & Science Enrichment - Children Ages 3 - 4

Allow your child to experience the wonders of the outdoors and
build a positive relationship with nature! Our KneeHigh Naturalist program is a weekly offering from 9:30 am to 12 noon for children ages 3 and 4, and features games, crafts, stories, and lots of outdoor nature play! Each week a new seasonal theme will be explored. Patti Austin (a.k.a. Miss Patti) looks forward to the upcoming season and hopes to see you! Children must be toilet trained and bring a small snack/drink.

Family Programs
Join local astronomers for a look at the stars and other night objects through big telescopes.
The event is on-going, so drop in for all or just some of the evening. This free program is cancelled if sky conditions are cloudy/milky or in the event of deep snow/extreme cold; call Patti Austin at 781-784-5691 x8103 after 6pm for a recorded message concerning the status of the program prior to attending.
Park in the Visitor Center parking lot and follow the trail marked by glow sticks to the viewing field. This is a self-directed 5-minute walk along a wooded trail. Bring a flash light to help light your way to the astronomers.
Please contact us at least 24-hours in advance if you have mobility considerations; we may be able to offer accessible parking.
