Jamnesty is an event held every year at Sharon's Lake Massapoag. Filled with food, music, and fun. It has become a permanent fixture in Sharon High School and the Sharon Community as a whole. This year, we will be donating the raised funds to UNHCR, specifically to the Syrian Arab Republic. UNHCR, the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, is one of the leading organizations protecting refugees and their rights. The UNHCR protects refugees seeking asylum or in need of help around the world. The Syrian Arab Republic is currently hosting refugees, asylum seekers from Iraq and millions of internally displaced people from the region.
