SHARON, MA — Holiday gift-giving can bring lots of joy, appreciation and receipts stamped for returns. It also typically produces a lot of trash that needs to go somewhere over the next few days or weeks. From the packaging, to the paper, to the Christmas tree with needles starting to fall and branches starting to droop, it's all got to go somewhere.

Only it can be confusing what goes where when it comes to town and city pickup, as well as recycling.

Sharon and Massachusetts Recycling are looking to help residents sift through the piles of tape, tags and tinsel to figure out what goes where it when people want to clean out the holiday clutter in the living room.
