Mass Audubon’s Moose Hill February Programs for Children

Groundhogs- It’s Groundhog Day! Stories, a special craft, and plenty of fun games will complete this program about this celebrated animal. Pretend to be a groundhog and “tunnel” into your winter den. If the weather allows, hike to see groundhog habitat. Thursday Feb.2nd 10-11:30 am and 1-2:30pm Mbr $9 nonmbr $12.

Snow Art- Let winter’s snowy landscape be our muse! Create several art projects, all with a winter/snowy theme. Cut a flurry of snowflakes, paint a wintery scene, and create a non-meltable snowman. If the weather allows, decorate the yard with snow sculptures. Wed. Feb. 5th 10-11:30 am and 1-2:30 pm. Mbr $9 nonmbr $12.

Knee-High Naturalist -Nature & Science Enrichment for Children Ages 3 - 4

Allow your child to experience the wonders of the outdoors and build a positive relationship with nature! Our KneeHigh Naturalist program is a weekly offering from 9:30 am to 12 noon for children ages 3 and 4, and features games, crafts, stories, and lots of outdoor nature play! Each week a new seasonal theme will be explored. Patti Austin (a.k.a. Miss Patti) looks forward to the upcoming season and hopes to see you!
