Worcester's Craig Mitchell defended his MAX Performance Sharon Triathlon title Sunday morning.
Mitchell was first out of the water and then cruised to a winning time of 1:11/82, beating out Joe Rich, who was second in 1:12.09 and Mike Browne was third in 1:12.15.
