Police Log: Syringes Found in Parking Lot

At 7:52 p.m., police reported suspicious activity in which there were syringes in the parking lot on Depot Street.

Wednesday, Dec. 31

At 12:16 p.m., police notified a utility company for an incident near South Pleasant Street and Walnut Street in which there was a power outage and a resident heard a bang.

At 5:12 p.m., police reported a suspicious motor vehicle in which a UHaul truck was blocking traffic at the intersection of Lakeview Street and Massapoag Avenue.

At 3:58 a.m., police reported fire department assistance for a 53-year-old female with food poisoning on Leonard Avenue.

At 9:49 p.m., police reported an animal complaint in which there was a dark husky walking down the street with no leash near Maple Avenue and Pond Street.

At 11:45 a.m., police reported a motor vehicle accident with property damage on Billings Street.

At 8:47 p.m., police reported an animal complaint in which an injured deer was struggling to get up on Massapoag Avenue.
