Rain Storm Brings Outages to Sharon

As the rain and wind continue to roll through Massachusetts, Sharon has one of the higher outage rates in the area.

As of 2:47 p.m., 37 NSTAR customers in Sharon lack power, down from over 400 earlier in the day. Sharon High School was without power for the morning and even posted photos of students going about their lessons in spite of the lack of electricity. As of midday, power has returned to the school.

Locally, Foxborough is also dealt with about 500 outages.
