Sharon 2016 Town Election Results: Incumbents Prevail

Below are the unofficial results for the contested races in the 2016 Sharon Town Election:

Selectmen (One seat, three-year term)

• William Heitin (Incumbent) - 1,873 (63.32 percent)
• Elizabeth Dichiara - 1,080 (36.51 percent)

School Committee (Two seats, three-year terms)

• Marcy Kaplan (Incumbent) - 2,002 (41.00 percent)
• Emily Smith-Lee (Incumbent) - 1,577 (32.30 percent)
• Valerie Vigoda - 1,289 (26.40 percent)

2,974 residents voted for a turnout rate of 23.83 percent.
