There, teams may enter up to three gymnasts per event, Hiltz said. However, gymnasts are limited to two events each.
Hiltz said a spreadsheet of each Eagle's scores this season has influenced her lineup.
The lineup is: all-around, sophomores Jessica Chabot and Sami Kaplan; vault, sophomore Emily Wooten, junior Melissa Steinberg and Chelsie Noller; bars, sophomore Cari Schmidt, senior captain Kelsey Seto and sophomore Alicia Dagle; beam, senior captain Lauren Burke, Seto and Dagle; and floor, junior Sara Spelfogel, Schmidt and Steinberg.
The Eagles will hope to qualify for the state individual meet, Hiltz said. Qualifying scores are based on the highest average of four scores on the event from the nine meets: the eight regular-season meets and the Hockomock championships, she said.
The team will compete in the South Sectionals at 11 a.m. Feb. 19 at Hudson High School, Hiltz said.
The top four teams from the North and South sectionals will advance to the MIAA Girls Gymnastics State Championship Meet at 4 p.m. Feb. 26 at Shrewsbury High School, she said.
