Sharon Police Investigating Break-in

Police in Sharon are looking for a suspect who entered a home uninvited.

Around noon Monday, a resident on Furnace Street reported noise in the residence and observed, from the upstairs level, a male fleeing out the front door on foot towards Gavins Pond Road.

The male had apparently entered through the unlocked front door and was apparently frightened off by the resident before taking anything, according to the Sharon Police Department.

He was wearing light colored bib overall type pants with a blue jacket and dark hat.
