Sharon Robotics team wins first place at FLL Regional Qualifier

Latest NEWS: Our very own local Sharon Robotics team – ROBO-RAMPAGE did it again! They walked away with the 1st Place Champion' trophy at regional qualifying competition at Revere, MA. With this champion's award, the team secured a spot at the Massachusetts State Championship (West) that will be held on the WPI, MA Campus.

This was their third time receiving 1st Place Championship Award from a qualifying round and receiving a direct nomination for the State Championship.

The team, Robo Rampage, currently consists of a group of 5 students: Arjun Rastogi, Soumil Majhi, Thanh Tran, Pooja Subramanian, and Arun Kandasamy. They attend Sharon Middle School, Galvin Middle School, and Delphi Academy located in Massachusetts. The coach and mentors are the parents. This is their 6th year with FIRST Robotics. The team meets twice a week for the preparations. With this, they are learning science, technology, engineering, and math concepts (STEM) while working on FLL programs. They are also learning about "Gracious professionalism" and "Coopertition" by sharing and working together.
