Sharon Super Tuesday Results: Biden, Trump Win Town Vote
Former Vice President Joe Biden finished ahead of Sen. Elizabeth Warren in second among Sharon Democrats.

SHARON, MA — Former Vice President Joe Biden's surge to a surprising victory in the Massachusetts Super Tuesday primary was fueled with some help from Sharon voters. Biden finished with 37.1% of Sharon's 5,494 votes casts in the Democratic primary in unofficial results — ahead of second-place Sen. Elizabeth Warren (21.5%), third-place Sen. Bernie Sanders (19.0%), and fourth-place former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg (16.0%).
President Donald Trump easily beat former Gov. William Weld among the 593 votes cast in the Republican primary with Trump at 86.3% to Weld's 11.0%.
Biden rode a wave of weekend momentum Tuesday night to win the Massachusetts Democratic primary, crashing what had been expected to be a two-person race between Sanders and Warren.
