Police Confirm Shooting at Route 1 Motel; Gun Recovered
Police were at the Econo Lodge near the Sharon-Walpole line for a reported shooting.

SHARON, MA — Police have confirmed a shooting at the the Econo Lodge on Route 1 near the Sharon-Walpole line.
At 10:46 a.m., gunshots were reported in the area near the motel. Upon arrival, Sharon police determined that several rounds were fired outside of the motel. Reports from the scene say that police are searching for a male suspect. Photos show police tape blocking off an area of the property and Mick Morgans.

Police have confirmed that a gun has been recovered in a nearby neighborhood. No arrests have been made and no victims have been located.
