Westwood Chase Ends in Sharon
Two people, including one who fled the scene, were arrested by Sharon police.

SHARON, MA — A man who allegedly fled a Westwood robbery made it to Sharon before he was taken into custody by police.
Stephen Rogers, 33, of Glendale, Arizona was arrested Tuesday and will face charged out of Westwood, according to the Sharon Police Department.
At about 4:25 p.m. Sharon police received a request to assist Massachusetts State Police with a pursuit and stop in Sharon stemming from a larceny incident in Westwood. Two suspects were in custody by the time Sharon police arrived. A third and possibly armed suspect fled towards Wards Berry Farm, police said.

Police learned that the suspect, identified as Rogers, was heading towards a vehicle on its way to pick him up. The vehicle was stopped at Wolomolopoag and South Main Streets and police found Rogers laying in the rear seat area.
The driver of the vehicle, Casey Nelson, 26 of Narragansett, Rhode Island, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
