SHREWSBURY, MA — Unofficial results are in for Shrewsbury's 2026 Annual Town Election, featuring three races.
Residents went to the polls on Tuesday to vote on the Trustees of the Public Library and contested races for the Select Board and School Committee.
Voting was held from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., and the town clerk’s office released an unofficial vote count Tuesday night.
There were 4,186 votes cast, which represents 6.45 percent of the town's 26,980 registered voters.
