Statewide, 4,899 single-family homes were sold in July, an 8.2 percent increase from July 2025, according to MAR. The statewide median sales price rose 2.9 percent to $715,000 while new listings increased 9.4 percent.

Kristen Keegan, the association's 2026 president, said the market continued to favor sellers despite increases in sales and new listings.

"Well-priced homes are moving quickly, so buyers should be prepared to act when the right opportunity arises," Keegan said.
